Delayed incoming calls

Londonguy

When someone calls me there's a good 3-5 sec delay before they can hear me. Never experienced this with Koodo. Opened a support ticket and the agent said it was a phone issue which is nonsense. It's a Pixel 9a. Anyone have any suggestions before I have to look for another carrier?

PM is using the same network as Koodo, so, it is more an account issue rather than network.  And since you don't have such issue with Koodo, it is a fixable issue.

you should Reset network settings after a device reboot

If issue persists, please reach out to PM CS agent and ask them to reprovision your sim and account. Please open ticket with PM support:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
(if you cannot receive 2FA via SMS, click "Didn't Receive code" or "Resend Code" and choose "Send email" to get 2FA)
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:
