I'm trying to add funds to my account before autopay to avoid any issues. There's no option to manually pay. Can someone suggest anything?

Yes, you need to login My Account first. If not, it will direct you to the login page but not smart enough to send you to this page after login
Are you trying to make a manual payment? if so, that is the page you want to go:
If you don't see the same, show us the screenshot of what you see
also, confirm us if you want to make a many payment

have you had issues with Autopay in the past ? As long as you have a valid payment card on your file...it's the easiest way to fund your plan renewal or buy add-ons. I've had my account since 2018 and never had problems with autopay...so far !

the option to add fund is hidden for subscribers joined in the last 3+ years
if you need to manually pay, please use this direct link:

When loading funds for renewal, remember to add E911 fess if you are in the following provinces: AB, NB, NF, NS, NWT, NU, PEI, QC, SK

okay...download the app to your cell and log in to your account. Click the Payment tab at bottom of page > then scroll down to find Add Funds With Credit Card. You'll be able to load $$ into Available Funds that way.

you can log in to your account > Payments > look on right side under Available Funds to see "Add Funds to My Account".. to manually add funds to your account using your on-file payment card.
Autopay generally works good as long as your payment card is valid. Rare to experience issues with autopay.
