I topped up my account 5 days before the due date. I found a good deal with Telus. Would PM be able to refund this if it's before the due date?

@Londonguy sorry, PM has a strict no refund policy. Maybe wait another month before changing carrier
But since Telus owns Public Mobile, some past subscribers was able to ask Telus to give them some one time credit to offset the lost. You can check with Telus directly
