I have 2 accounts with Public mobile, and the phone associated with both were lost.
I have deactivated the sim 2 weeks ago before this site changed.
I have received the SIM cards, and now trying to access the account to reactivate with new SIM.
Site sending verification code to the 2 phone numbers... that were deactivated. So I cannot access my two accounts... honestly, that's... that's not great on Public Mobile's part. We used to have the choice to send the verification code to the secondary phone number.
Need help.

If you haven't migrated to the new system and you don't have access to the sim you need to reset the password on the account then it'll send an email with the code that'll let you log in.
After you do this you can click resend on the code page when logging on and it'll popup the email code option.

Resend the code to your email.

Tap "Resend code", then select the e-mail address option to send the code to.
Unfortunately, it defaults to SMS first until a user selects the "resend code" option.
