I sent a direct message regarding an issue I had. I tried sending a ticket before but it usually timed out with the new portal/website. It was recommended that I send a direct message, but I'm not sure how long it usually takes to receive a response ...
I was previously active in the Public Mobile community under the username jordan92.I can no longer log in using the username and password...Does anyone else have this issue? I had to make a new profile along with this new website and migrated system....
