Enhance the "Create New Message" form (for Private Messages)

I recommend the following changes:

  1. Modify the "Send to" field to include a drop-down menu with options for selecting the relevant department and/or specific user to send the message to.
  2. Consolidate all new tickets into a single thread, rather than creating a new thread for each communication, to streamline the ticketing process and improve efficiency.
  3. Ensure that the history of private messages is preserved indefinitely, allowing for easy tracking and referencing of past conversations.

Implementing these changes will improve the functionality as ticketing system.

I also think a drop down menu would help in many ways.  Including the option: post a question to fellow customers in the community

The first definitely seems achievable with a lot of good potential benefit. It would help those who don't have time to sift through previous posts. Great ideas!
