Unfortunately the target market for Public Mobile is slightly different from the conventional service provider. There are less costs associated with having telephone reps but a richer community of contributors who share solutions and experiences. As stated before, for direct support, a cs agent may be able to be of assistance if what you're looking for is not posted.
