Changing plan before renewal date

Why did my plan renew today and not on june 15th like it was supposed to. 

I changed my plan and clicked *change on renewal date* which was supposed to be june 15th. Now it has charged me today and renewed my plan so now my renewal date in june 25th.

If i would have known that clicking *change on renewal date* meant change as soon as you click confirm i would not have done it.

@CS_Agent I need help with contacting someone to talk about the renewal that I happend that was supposed to be on June 15th not today.

@angelaunrau22   You are at least the 3rd person reporting this issue today.  PM system has some problem with Change plan today, it could be why your plan change was messed up

Please open a ticket with support and I am certain they can sort this out

             Click "Yes, I'm a customer", then click "Sign In", once signed in, ignore the choices and type "Contact agent"
              Then click "Contact Us", and click "My Account".  Finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗ " and you can open the ticket

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
