I would be very appreciative if someone could tell me how to cancel my PM subscription. I tried the ChatBot, which told me to go to the Payments tab in My Account and click "Unsubscribe", but there is no Unsubscribe button!

To cancel the server by disabling Pre-Authorized payment:
Login to My Account, go to Payment page, click Manage Subscription, then turn off the Subscribed toggle.
PM will not be renewing your plan at the end of your current cycle. You have 90 days to resume service or your account will be close permanently
