I would be very appreciative if someone could tell me how to cancel my PM subscription. I tried the ChatBot, which told me to go to the Payments tab in My Account and click "Unsubscribe", but there is no Unsubscribe button!

Thank you for that link!!! I couldn't find the unsubscribe toggle even after following all of the instructions other people gave.

To cancel the service by disabling Pre-Authorized payment.
Once Pre-Authorized payments are disabled, PM will not be renewing your plan at the end of your current cycle. You have 90 days to resume service, or your account will be close permanently,
