Hi, I have a couple of questions. I just signed up for the CAN/US/MEX plan.

I have a family member in the US (with a US number). If I call them from a Canadian number will I incur any additional charges.

I am going to Mexico shortly. Do I need to buy a roaming package while there, or is it included in the data of my subscription?

hi @SnakePlissken17 

if you have the Can/US/Mex plan, you can call US number from Canada without any additional charge

and the plan includes Mexico too, so no extra roaming addon needed.   When you are in Mex, just make sure it connects to AT&T or Telcel
