Are there any plans for pm to provide can/us/mex coverage?

I was wondering if pm would one day add Mexico coverage to one of their plans as many people often go there. IIt wouldn't be used much so I don't think it would be financially difficult to include.I'm assuming it would be in the $65 plan.

How does esim work now? Does it also now work with apple watch?
