Hi, I was notified by text that I needed to update my auto payment details. When I logged in to update information (I am dealing with 3 accounts total), I have noticed I have been charged $65 for each of the accounts rather than my original $25 plan (before $ rewards deduction). That's NOT ok, of course! I am not pleased with this action without my agreement. Would appreciate someone from PM reach out to help me correct.

@JepeC2 this is highly unusual, especially considering all accounts under your control were affected. Can you provide some details? We are all customers here and manage our own accounts. Could you post a screenshot without showing any personal info?
