I have been coasting on automatic payments for too long. I need a better wifi plan. When I attempt to log in I immediately get a wrong password message and a lock out of an hour on the first attempt. This is after trying a month ago. When this time limit is up I try to change my password.
I get a password change, confirmation email. And submit a new password. When I hit submit I get looped back to enter a new password and get another confirmation code. It just loops without doing anything, I haven't been able to get into my account for over 4 months. Considering changing carriers.

try the whole process (login, reset password, relogin with new password) using browser with Incognito mode
and this still cannot resolve the problem, then ask PM to check. At this stage, you won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them

Just finally figured out if you click don't ask for two step verification its a work around. Finally in my account. Ugh that was awful.

Yep, so now after the lockout was done, I entered my phone number. I am stuck in a loop after clearing my cache. Password change/confirmation code text/password change/confirmation code text. The interesting thing is every time I enter a new password I can't use it when the next password change sequence. Exiting out of this loop and just trying to log in with the password after I entered it and I am asked for a confirmation code doesn't work either. I am running out of passwords ☹️

@Nik5, if you have been trying to login through a web browser you can do what @Chalupa_Batman has suggested or you can also try logging in to the PM app on your phone. If the PM app is also not letting you in then contacting a support agent should be your next and final step.

I had the same issues recently helping a neighbor. What a pain this is as it's a cache issue. Go into your browser settings, clear your cache and restart your browser. It took me 3 cache clears to get it to work. It shouldn't be THAT hard to log into your account. If that doesn't work, reach out to a CS Agent via @Handy1 post
