I forgot my password and the phone keeps sending my code to an old number that has been changed. I cannot receive passcode and I do not receive it by email either. I need an admin to contact me to get through this. I opened a new community account, but my phone service does not appear there. This is a simple fix if the right tech would directly contact me or send me to a store. My alternative is to cancel the service.
