When can I expect to receive my SIM card?

Hi, it can take up to 15 days to receive the SIM card. If more than 15 you can contact a Public Mobile agent by private message

How long has it been since you ordered it? If it does arrive,  it can take up to 10 business days or 3 weeks.

So you can keep waiting a bit more.

If it's been longer or you need right away, buy one from Amazon. 

Or check any local Telus/Koodo/ mobile Klink store and purchase one right away.
