I never saw the option to choose a phone number during step one of activation... went to step 2, paid... now at step 3 and I can't finish. Help please.... how do I go back to step one... it will not allow me???

@LisaBolender the phone number step is after payment and you need download PM app to continue after payment if you started the Subscription using the website
