I noticed on my visa the regular bill payment but two weeks later a charge of 18 dollars and change .Will that be deducted from my next payment?Ann

I have an existing plan but I like to change my subscription to a lower priced plan.When I click on change plan it gives me only two higher subsriptions.Do I need to cancel this plan and start over again to get the lowered price rplan?
