change subscription

I have an existing plan but I like to change my subscription to a lower priced plan.When I click on change plan it gives me only two higher subsriptions.

Do I need to cancel this plan and start over again to get the lowered price rplan?

All subscribers can only change to plan offered on  your My Account, no exception.  

It is true that you won't see too many choices to downgrade, but it is not impossible.   Different plans will be offered weekly or monthly, so check back often
