automatic top up

i got receipt for automatic top-up, what's that mean? i lost my redeem point before, is it charge for that?

In order for Points to be used for plan renewal, you must have at leadt 20 Reward pounts and you must redeem them… it doesn’t happen automatically.

added… when you initially set up your Public Mobile account, you needed a valid Cdn payment card and it is automatically set to autopay your plan renewals.
