Sim card pickup

Hey I ordered a line with a new sim card but I cant wait for them to ship it to my house. Can I go to a TELUS store and have them give me a new sim card to activate?

You can pick a SIM from Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik store for $1 or order from Amazon for $5 or Canadian Cell Supplies for $4 for faster shipping.

Sorry you can’t order online and pickup from a Telus store.

Yes, you can visit a corporate Telus or Koodo store for pick up.  You will need to pay the regular price of $10 for the physical SIM card.

If you keep the receipt, you could contact customer service agent for reimbursement if you explain that you could not wait.  No guarantees though.  YMMV.
