Can't receive incoming calls or text

Transfered in from a bell esim last week to a pm esim. Everything seemed groovy and working. Noticed the bell esim still in phone and deleted it.. now cannot recieve calls or texts but can call out fine? What next steps to fix the problem? @CS_Agent
