5 gb Reward not showing up.

I was short on data so I used points to add 5GBs data.I was running short again so I added another 5GB reward.It seems the second 5 GB reward overwrote my first 5 GBs so instead of getting 10GBs data I only got about 7 GBs...How can this be fixed?
