Hi I need help resetting a different account PW, I doest work when clicking reset pw or email it keep saying to put the right phone number or email,

Hi, everything seemed to be going well but once everything got activated I lost signal and cant seemed to get signal back on my phone, already did reset my network and rebooted phone with no luck, anyone able to help ?
