Unable to update credit card

I have 2 sim cards. I was unable to update credit card new date, as a result 1 account is suspended.

A few customers are still having issues  updating their credit cards.  Public mobile is working on a solution.  Sometimes if you try multiple times, you will need to wait about 24 hours to try again to update your credit card.  If you have another credit card to try, a different number might help.  Make sure that the postal code matches your credit card's postal code.  

If you need service right away, purchasing a voucher either in store (ie. shoppers) or online via muskbird.com (surcharge applies) would get your service again the fastest.

update sim card is trouble.

try again using browser with Incognito mode, and try with PM app as well.  

if still unable to update, you might want to renew by voucher first.  Buy a voucher from stores like Shoppers or from gas station, then load the voucher via My Account or *611

You will need to login to your account on the PM app or website and go to Payment tab>Update Card Information.

If you can’t login to your account then you need to contact a CS_Agent:

Meanwhile, you can purchase a voucher and dial 611 and enter the voucher number and pin for service.

Vouchers can be purchase from: 

7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples

you need Customer Support to edit your cc ..click the orange bubble on lower right side of page to start that process. You can get to Shell gas, Walmart or London Drug and buy payment vouchers...then dial 611 to add them to your account to renew your plan.
