@CS_Agent @CS_Comms I recently added a voucher to my account because the update credit card feature is not working. When I check the payment history tab, the addition of the voucher and the purchase of my phone plan both show up, but my device is still not connecting to the network. How can you fix this ?

hi @SimonHarvey1 the My Account shows your service now active? Try reboot the phone and try your sim on another phone

Hey @SimonHarvey1
Try rebooting your phone. If that doesn't work, go into your account and make a payment. Just because a voucher is in your account, you need to make the payment. If it's not working then contact a CS Agent
