I can not connect to internet when I use data. And my plan states 5G speed, but it shows 3G on my phone, why? Even whith 3G, I can not connect to internet.

the issue was the lack of VoLTE support

it shows 3G on your phone, it means either you have manually set the network mode to 3G or there is problem with 4G LTE or 5G in your area
what phone do you have? which province?
Check any outage in your area

if no issue, try Reboot phone and click Reset network settings, test again
if it still shows 3G, go into Network mode and change the mode from Automatic to 4G (or LTE) and 5G. test both modes
