Hi Totally my fault on this one.
I transposed the number to transfer from, and gave a landline number as my alternative number. Now I can’t get the ever safe code to complete login and edit.
my credit card has been charged and I have an account #, but unable to do anything else.
any ideas on how to fix?

@Sheila80 , by chance did you take a temporary number when setting up the account? Eversafe does not update when you port in a number. You should be able to request the 2FA code to email by using the resend option and selecting email. Once in the account, eversafe can be updated with the new number.
