Cant renew my subscription, which is the $15 plan.Tried multiple times over past day.Just get this....

they are still honouring the $15 plan, just the payment system is not good
some people suggest to wait 24 hour and try again.
or if you need to pay and resume service (or renewal date tomorrow), then get a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or London drugs and load the voucher to pay

if you've tried several attempts, you may be locked out...give it an hour OR...use the chat bubble bottom right side of page to start process of Customer Support. Some PM'ers say it's best to use the app for making payment...try that too.
