I purchased a plan but i am not able to activate the plan. I have made the payment. Kindly tell me if the next payment will be deducted or not as i have not activated the plan yet. I hope the payment shall not be deducted.

@sainiaman  If I read this correctly, you are looking to ensure you are not charged for service in the future. You can triple check if you Log in to the app, and go to “subscription”, then go to “subscription renewal” and click “unsubscribe”.  This will turn off the autopay feature and you will not be charged any further. Hope this helps

your payment has been made but the clock won't start until you successfully activate the account. So download the PM app to start that process.

hi @sainiaman 

have you used the app to complete the activation? if you start the activation on the browser, it will go up to the payment step.  Then after payment, you will have to download the PM app and complete the activation using the app.  if you have not used the app for activation, then please download and login and complete the activation
