I'm trying to transfer my husbands number to public mobile from rogers . Came as far as downloading app and says i am ready for step # 3 but it doesnt accept the number i enter it says its invalid. i entered my nuber as the alternate number and now his calls are coming on my phone and iy says my phone is not in service !!
I'm wondering. Did you try to use the same email for both accounts? Both phone need there own email and account. You can't have 2 phone on one account and email. Is this what you were trying to do?
Sounds like that you may have ported your husband number to your account. You will need customer service agent help to fix this issue. Click on the chat icon on the right lower corner of website and follow prompts to submit a ticket. It will take at least 1-2 hours for response time.
What number are you referring to? Phone, account? As for his number on your phone sounds like you ported his number to your phone. If you did you may have lost your number unless you got it from PM,tellus then you may be able to get it back
