The above isn't correct. Emil16 is the customer who used the referral code to join and it's Emil16 who needs to contact a customer support agent.

It is against PM rules to post s as referral code on this Community so click on the V in circle and edit out.

@Emi16 I think I misread the post, you entered your friends referral code and it didn't take? If it's been months I think you are out of luck. You should have done something when the $10 didn't show up in your account. The only thing you can do is contact customer service at the link below, see if they can do anything... They have been know to enter a code after the fact but that was always soon after it should have shown up.

@Emi16 Unfortunately there is nothing you can do. Did your friend explain that they forgot to enter the code when they signed up or they did enter it and there is no indication of it? Honestly they should have did it months ago when they didn't receive the $10 credit. As I said, there is nothing you can do about it.
On a different note you should go back and edit out your referral code. Not to allowed to post them here.
