Plan expired on the 5th though I had autopay set up. Realized today and made a payment though still no service. Tried suspending and resuming, airplane mode and restarting phone but nothing worked

Then you will need customer service agent help. Click on the chat icon on the right corner of this website and follow prompts to submit ticket for CSA help. They should be responding with 1-2 hours. The wait times were longer than usual during Black Friday deals, but supposedly, caught up on the queue for customer help.

Yes payment went through and on the app it doesn’t say my plan is inactive like when I first logged in. I have a copy of the invoice and payment has been taken from my credit card. Thanks

Did the payment go through? Check your payment history to see if funds were applied.
Usually, the reactivaiton is immediate, but sometimes it can take some time for process to go through.
