I subscribed using E-Sim but They said I gave the incorrect IMEI number. And my phone will not respond
when I phone my transferred phone.# xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ? This is my phones IMEI xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

better to provide the account number of your old carrier instead of the IMEI. PM porting support team can help with the update. I have sent you the porting support team number. Please check your Community inbox (envelope on top right), check for the number and call
