my credit card got cancelled, I set up a new one and yet to get renewed. How long does this take?

Use the following link to go to the Add Fund to account page, load enough fund for the system to renew your service:
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card

After you make the payment, logoff from My Account and reboot the phone and test

is there a Pay and Resume Service button? click to make a manual payment

no I don't have service, I called *611 and they said it's been suspended. I can't even find the pay manually on my portal

do you have service now? if so, you don't have to do anything

If you have service now I would leave it alone , but if don’t have service todays the 23 so I’d make manual payment worst case you have extra money sitting in available funds for following renewal

No I didn't make a manual payment. Should I make a manual payment if it says on my profile your services will be renewed on October 23rd?

@Ang3l  So in your account “payment page “ you can load funds with registered credit card, do that and it will calculate what you need to pay to make the payment and you should be good

There was no pay now, it just said update payment plan. That's what I did.

@Ang3l  So you set up new credit card , did you make manual payment ? And reboot the phone ? You can also buy payment voucher from shoooers drug mart and load the funds *611 to resume services right away . If your still having issues reach out to support
