If the activation was unsuccessful and you didn't complete your sign up, then yes, you are entitled to a refund. BUT if you got a phone number and such and you used it for two days, then no refund. Contact a CS Agent here.

sorry, PM is prepaid mobile carrier and won't provide refund in case like this
the only time it would provide refund is for people who did not activate successfully. You have already used it for 2 days and left just because you weren't satisfied, so it would qualify for the refund.

I activated the account and paid, but I wasn’t satisfied the service, so moved to Bell after 2 days. I’m wondering when I will get a refund for 28 days of service fee that I paid upfront
