Can I please have a refund and cancel my order ? I haven’t received SIM card yet ! Is it too late to stop sending them and get a full refund?

Since your service is now working under your sister’s account. 
Just login to her account and change to your email and your CC information to keep your number.

You will need to contact a CS_Agent and explain for a possible refund for the SIM.

I wouldn’t suggest you dispute the PM charge because PM will put you on a Blacklist and you will only pay your monthly bill with vouchers for a year.

I was trying to get the plan because my old phone with public mobile was not working for 3 days I can bar make call or receive call and it’s in my sister account! She doesn’t want to fix them for me so I purchased a new plan with new SUMS card so that if there is the problem I can fix them myself ! The old plan is now working after a few days so there is no need to activate a new plan! And if I activate new plan I don’t know if I can keep my old number and have to update information to many institutions which create a lot of work for me ! So you said my only cost is SIMS card so please let me know how much will you charge and is there will be a refund ! Otherwise we will repo credit card company that this charge is not valid

assuming you didn't activate a plan yet, your only costs were for a sim. If you decide not to activate the account, you likely won't get a refund for the sim you purchased. Once the sim arrives, you can decide to activate OR gift it to a friend who does wanna $$ave money on cell service.

@Snowy123  You can get refund if you have t activated yet for the plan price but no refunds for the SIM card itself unfortunately
