I just purchased new plan with eSIM,
I’m trying to activate new phone number
But Public Mobile app doesn’t working at all
And I can’t login cuz login button is broken
How can I activate my new eSIM

Do you mean the button on your iPhone is broken?
If it is then you can use the AssistiveTouch on your iPhone in Accessibility setting.

@SEONGMIN if you didn't receive the email just in your junk or spam folder in case it went in there. If you still don't have it you can try purchasing another eSIM through the app, don't worry, if you already paid for the other one you shouldn't be charged for additional one especially if you did not receive the email. Another option would be to contact the support agent and ask them for assistance which shouldn't take long.

do you have an App store registered in Canada and not other country?
try to uninstall and reinstall the app
if same error, can you post the screenshot here?

@SEONGMIN to activate the eSIM you should have received an email from Public Mobile with a QR code. Scan that code and the eSIM should be setup for you... I have an iPhone and it worked smoothly for me
