Hi

I just change my plan yesterday to $30 due to there is some technical issues I wasn’t able to renew my old/previous subscription plan. I am reaching out here to ask if I could return back to my previous plan. I’m not satisfy with the $30 plan now. Please help me to resolve this matter.

@Carine87 , there should be no technical difficulty that prevents you from renewing an existing plan.  I suggest using the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the web page to initiate a support ticket to have the issue looked at.  Alternatively, use the link below to message support.

I read that customer wants to downgrade to previous plan...not renew existing. PM's new philosophy is once they got you on a higher priced plan...you can't downgrade to a cheaper plan.

hi @Carine87

sorry, we are just customers and can't help if support agents are unable to help

yes, if you changed plan, your old one might not be able to change it back, it is normal now

once you upgrade plans, you can't go backwards...usually. You can message Customer Support to make your request. Click the orange bubble on on lower right side of page to start your request.
