I cannot receive a code by text for my account as I am out of the country, and also cannot access my full account to cancel my subscription. What options to send the code by email is available or how do I cancel my subscription ?

if you got the "full access required' message, you won't have the send 2FA to email option
you need to ask PM to help. you won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them

There is also Resend Code option to have the 2FA code sent to your email online.
If you are having issues login. You will need to contact a CS_Agent for help.

@kallie01 do you see option “ didn’t get code “ tap it and you should get email option , If you can’t log into to do so , ask support to remove the credit card on file right away
