Hello. My 80 year old mum has the 1gig $25 plan. I've noticed the plan now is $19 but when I go to switch subscription it does not offer it. Is this for new customers?. Do I cancel her plan and start from scratch?. Very perplexed with telus yet again...
Hello.  Can anyone help me understand why I can't make or receive calls while roaming on USA networks?  Tried all of them. Data is fine and texting fine. I have a 5g Samsung phone ,Canada,USA plan. 
Can't make or receive calls. Data just fine. I submitted a ticket but never heard back. I've reset everything except factory reset. Do I need a new Sim?.

I have 2 open tickets and both not helpful at all. Waste of my time actually so does anyone know why when I'm roaming I'm now being disconnected 2 seconds after connecting?. Was working flawlessly last 2 weeks. Now it's like I don't have a Canada/USA...
