I transferred one of my exiting phone number from Bell to public mobile at 3 days ago. However the text message still not working, no matter send or receive. The phone number is able to call/ received. The data is working also. Please advise how to make the text message work? Thanks

Just wondering if you replied to the text from Bell (with the Bell SIM in the phone) confirming you are porting over to PM within a 90 minute window to complete the porting process?

IPhone 13 pro max, put the new sms and rebooted the cell. Confirmed call in/ out no problem.

you sure incoming calls work?
did you try Reset All Networks on the phone?
Android or iPhone? tried to clear cache? or use another messaging app? Good one for Android is to use Google Message
if you really tried everything and still unable to send and receive text, ask PM, submit ticket.
You won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them

Question, if you put in your old Bell SIM card, does it still work? Have you restarted your phone? Have you gone into your network settings and reset all the network settings?
