Hello,
I am no longer with public mobile. I cannot access my old account. I need my phone bill invoices from January 2020- February of 2021 due to a CRA audit. Please help

@chilling-today1 Would your old credit card statements suffice as documentation ? Just in case you need to go that route, it may be an good plan-b. Hope this helps

Sadly you will not be able to get them through a CS Agent. They only have the ability to go back on calendar year.

yes, you won't be able to login and get that yourself. You will need PM to prepare that for you
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here
