Been a customer for years and now my service isnt working when I paid with a voucher. need someone to activate my account

If that's the case, you should click on the orange bubble on bottom right side of page to start process of Customer Support intervention. Give them your cell #, account #, name on account and PM pin #...plus let 'em know what the problem is. They should be able to get your going again.

it's a long-shot but worth a try...shut down cell and remove sim. After a moment, replace sim and restart. Hopefully you'll get positive result.

you need to reboot your phone for the service to kick in
if that still does not work, login My Account, go to Payment history and check. You should see a line about the voucher being loaded in to your account , there should be another line showing the money being used for renewal

Payment voucher was added via browser of $35, Purchased $25 plan confirmed $10 remains in the account. Cart is displaying a $30 plan as a renew option

how you load the voucher onto your account? use *611? or on browser or via app?
if you can *611 from your phone (or 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone to check), does it tell you the voucher successfully loaded?
