Call Control on Public Mobile

Hello everyone,

Does anyone know if Call Control will be coming to Public Mobile anytime soon? TELUS and Koodo has this feature why not Public. It will be a nice feature because I receive (and probably most of you) tons of spam calls a day. Blocking doesn’t help because than they will flood my voicemail with empty messages (and public doesn’t have an option to disable the voicemail)

PM is a basis no frills service under the Telus umbrella so who knows.

I use the Truecaller app to minimize spam calls. Blocking number wouldn’t help because the number is probably spoofed to hide their real number.

@cooledits_com  unfortunately,  as customers  we are not aware if or when Public Mobile will be allowing voice control or not. 

You cannot disable voicemail but you can turn on extended absence and record a greeting to let people know that you are not accepting voice massges.
