Payment history for all of 2024

I need my payment history for all of 2024. Currently I can only go back to April 2024. I saw other comments directing people to submit a ticket. I tried to do this, but whenever I select a link that I think will direct me to submit a ticket, I get directed to a chat bot.

Public Mobile CS Agents can only go back one year on their system. As in April of 2024 and nothing further.

You can printout the last 9 months of your payment history by login to your account. Go to Payment tab>View Payment History. 
Or you can in Submit a Ticket on Chatbot and follow the prompts.

Or dm them.
