This shouldn't be so difficult to get proper support. I want to cancel my plan but I don't have access to unsubscribe in my account.. HELP! I'm paying for something I can't use.

@Daniella4   In that case, did you send customer service a private message using the link that @slusagm gave you on Sunday?   An agent should have replied by now, if so.  You need to keep checking the envelope icon top right of this page, or tap your avatar to access messages if you don't see an envelope.  Usually they respond within an hour or two but it can take longer at busy times.

No. I can't access anything in my account. It keeps trying to send a code to the number they gave me but I can't use the number. Super frustrating. I just want to close my account altogether so I don't have to deal with this. I can't use the esim and they charged me for it.

Are you not able to log in to your account at all?  If you can log in, you would toggle "subscribed" off to unsubscribe.   But as already noted, your Public Mobile account needs to remain active if you want to keep your number with another carrier.

What was the reason why you can’t login to your account?

Any account you open will require an login ID and password so the PM account is no different.

be aware that your Public Mobile account MUST be active and in good standing if you want to port your number to a different network. If you do port away, your PM account will deactivate automatically once you successfully port to a new network..

@Daniella4 not hard to do even you cannot login My Account, just ask PM and they can help to remove the credit card

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
