I loss my phone and sim when I was traveling. I want to lock my number first for the safety! What else can I do??? Need help! !! Without phone I cannot login my account

Adding to @computergeek541 comment. Once you are in your account. Go to Account tab>Report Lost/Stolen Device to pause your account.
Once you have your new phone and SIM then click on Change Your SIM Card to restore your account with your old number.

You'll need to login to your Public Mobile self serve account by having the associated 2FA security code sent to e-mail. On the page where is asks for the code, use the didn't get the code selection button.
