Resolved! No Service after activating new SIM card

I just followed all the instructions to activate a SIM card, but it says No Service with the new SIM card in phone. I transferred between Koodo to Public, and used the same phone number - now neither SIM card has service.

Resolved! When does your data gets renewed, at the start of the month?

So I achieved 95% of my data today and it doesn't show any usage for today. Not sure how this is possible; I was wondering does the period start at the first of the month, or some other date? When will I get a new batch of data?

Minutes being charged

My new account (set up yesterday) was charged with 2 minutes useage yesterday and another 2 minutes again today. But I have not yet made any calls. Why is this happening? Do I need to do something to stop it?
