are you asking this because you're planning on being away from Canada for some time ? How long you going ? Remember...to use your accumulated points to pay for plan renewal...you must redeem those points towards Bill Credit and you need 15 points per redemption.

You can purchase Public Mobile Vouchers from various supermarkets and gas stations.
If you feel comfortable to top up and have Available Funds in the account first you can do that. The account will go into suspension after next renewal when the count down starts up to 90 days.

Sorry. And to create a ticket... what do i need to do? Also, do you recommend I top up my account before initiating this as I don't want to lose my number.

If you want to remove the existing card from file, you can create a ticket. Only customer support can remove cc or debit cards from file.

Just turn off Auto-pay. As long as you have credit in the account, it will renew
Turn off autopay, My Account -> Manage Subscription, then turn off Subscribed
